What is cold for reheat?

We prepare your order cold, in disposable aluminum pans that you can reheat later in your oven, with instructions that we provide. 

What is disposable pick up?

Disposable pick up is when we package your catering order in disposable aluminum pans, and you pick it up from our restaurant. This includes disposable serving utensils, plates, silverware, and napkins. Disposable pick up is $16.00 per person.

What is disposable drop off?

Disposable drop off is when we package your catering order in disposable aluminum pans, and drop it off to your location. This includes disposable serving utensils, plates, silverware, and napkins. Disposable drop off is $16.00 per person, with a $25 delivery fee.

What is disposable drop off, and set up?

Disposable drop off & set up is when we package your catering order in disposable aluminum pans, and we delivery to your location. Then we will set up your order on tables provided by you, and be on our way! Disposable drop off is $18.00 per person, with a $50 delivery & set up fee.

How many pounds of meat do I need to order to feed ____ amount of people?

1# of meat will feed 2-3 people.

We recommend you order at least 6-7oz of meat per person. *This amount may very depending on the group of people you're feeding.*
